我想你问的是"Child and Dependent Care Expense".我热爱中文, 但是有时候从英文音译我还是谨慎点好.

"Child and Dependent care must be work-related to qualify the credit. To be work-related, your expense must allow you to work or LOOK FOR WORK."

所以你只要能证明你的expense 是为了工作而付出的, 你就是eligible 的.(天啊,中问英文一起打, 好辛苦啊) The key is if you could prove that your hu*****and is actively looking for a job. As you know, the limit of the flexible saving account is $5000, as long as your hu*****and makes at least $5,000 during 2009, you are covered. It is because the credit can not be more than the smaller of your or your spouse’s earned income for the year.
