请问和一个外行老板该怎么沟通?

实在觉得没啥好说的，说深了他不懂，说浅了他觉得我把他当白痴不高兴。其实工作我一个人就能做，想不通公司为什么雇他，因为想不通所以也不知道该怎么相处。并且好像处处和我夺权。好在他一周只来2天。
