What is Technical Services?
In Technical Services, you leverage your problem-solving skills and technical interest, combined with our comprehensive training program, to help support our nation-wide clients. You'll become an expert in our applications and work closely with our customers' most technical staff to help ensure their organizations' continued success.
Beyond your work with our customers, you will have the opportunity to participate in many aspects of the software field, including troubleshooting, development, analysis, training, quality assurance, project management and installation. Technical Services is a dynamic role, requiring quick-thinking, motivation, and a willingness to learn and try out new areas.
