be very very careful about what you say

Not to make you more nervous about this. But my skip level 1-on-1 practically destroyed my career in my current position. remember to keep saying good things about his group. If you have to say sth negative, make it sound like positive. Also remember, truth is always ugly and hurtful. So stay away from hard-core truth.
