看了前面的关于老板不好，想要跳槽的帖子。我也来发泄一下。

我最近内部申请了工作，Hiring Manager 非常喜欢我，准备给offer. 可是公司内部的规定是一定要问原来老板的reference.现在的老板给了很糟的reference, 尽管我的年终评论总的来说还是不错的(3/5).

我现在的老板同我说很想留住我。我知道他的意思是我是非常好的牛马，任劳任怨。

我的公司是非常大的银行，他这样不停的诋毁我当Hiring manager问reference的话，我能有什么办法吗？
