I guess if you still have to work under her, you need to find out what exactly she is expecting from you (e.g. some concrete number?). What exactly is she complaining about you and can you improve it by any chance? Sounds like she is a tough boss, but maybe there are still something that you can learn from her.

If you really don't want to work under her, start to look for another job (guess you are pretty capable and should be able to find some opportunities even in the bad economy).
