No need to mention it during the interview

I think the interviewer will not ask this kind of questions. No need to mention it by yourself neither. If they do ask, just tell the truth and say you've not replied to the offer yet. also say you prefer his company. if you get offer from this big company quickly, you may use this to improve the offer if possible.
