In the team meeting an old guy provided suggestion. He said he already said it was not a good idea 5 minutes ago and he doesn't want to hear from anyone agiain.

Once he was talking someone from a different team to follow his idea to make a change. When the person could not convince him he said I was not going to continue the meeting, and he left the room.

Many time he picked people up on asking stupid questions.
