帮LD问问题, 求建议.

LD 在一家大公司做H1B, 由于种种原因绿卡一直还没交,现在已接到被雷的通知,LD单位的经理们和同事们都很同情LD的处境, 都在想办法看能否将LD留下来这样才能争取时间呆在这里申请绿卡和工作(这都是我们急切盼望的).

问题是LD现在看不清现在能有多少把握能留下, 因为现在想办法的这些好人们拍不了版也是在想办法求人, 这中间还牵涉到很多POLITICAL的东西, LD一个小兵卒在这时间不很长也不很短,也不很懂这里的政治, 这些好人们在帮的原因一个是同情我们的处境, 二个是看LD勤奋刻苦干活. LD现在好辛苦, 又要顶受被雷的压力, 又要赶快干活出来让帮他的人们帮他说话, 还要想如果留不下来, 找其他工作也不能耽误, 绿卡的问题只能暂时搁一搁, 又不能搁太久. 压力大得我都在一边帮着揣气.我自己没有工卡也很难找工作, 还要带两孩, 帮不了LD什么忙, 只能是在家尽量做好饭, 带好孩子,度过这困难时期.回国我们也在考虑, 我们不是那种打死也不回国的, 不过很多因素我们都得考虑.

版上工作经历长的根据自己经验能否给些建议, 现在我家LD的任务该怎样排个次序, 哪个都重要, 可大概应该是个什么样的优先次序, LD实在是太辛苦了. 谢谢.
