朋友准备辞职学IT，有问题请教
朋友男生， 三十好几，刚有小孩。 目前与IT无关政府工，薪水4万左右。 准备辞职边代孩子边读IT， 计划用３年时间。老婆一人工作， 请问本坛IT专家们是好选择吗？朋友原来是学文科的，身份有。
