Got an email from the hiring company after an HR phone screen today. They ask me if I would like to voluntarily fill the so called Self Identification Form. I guess it's about some of your personal stuff.
They say they will keep this confidential and separate from my job application. But I am not very sure. Will it hurt if I simply ignore (or don't ignore) it?
Can I ignore the Voluntary Self Identification Form?

既是自愿的,不理也没事。
