请教是不是情况有变?

星期四second interview，星期五recruiter告之对方给offer了，但她不知道具体的
工资数，只知道range， 她说她将figure out and call me Monday。但昨天没有接
到她的电话，今天上午忍不住给她打过去留了言，到现在还没回音。是不是情况有
