工作家庭，我该如何选择

来美快十年了。这期间因为工作原因（不是Layoff，而是LG爱折腾），搬家无数。儿子上六年级。这六年上了不同的六个学校。 ２００７年搬到现在住的地方。孩子们很快又有了新朋友，买了大房子。安居乐业。

说说我的情况：在家待了几年。直到前两年才开始工作。非常喜欢现在的工作。工资不错，轻松悠闲，Non profit company. Never裁人。

再说说老公：在一个金融性质的公司。去年今年都有裁员。但还没影响到老公。


老公在没搬到这前，曾去硅谷最大的搜索公司面世，但最后一关没过。可现在这个公司主动联系老公。再面世还给了offer。

我真的喜欢这个地方。有四季，但冬天不冷。四十几万买３９００sf的大房。我真的喜欢我的工作。尤其在现在这个经济情况下，真是避风。
我喜欢大房子。我不能忍受加州的房价。 我更不能保证我能再找到我现在这样的工作。

可我老公舍不得这个offer。我该怎么办。
