I am one of those who are slow on setting up relationship. My superviser practically told me to improve on this otherwise... What should I do? This is really tough for me. Before, all I need to do is to do well on my job. Now things are different. I told my superviser that maybe this group is not for me since I can't deliver what he told me to do.
