"把工作干好，人际之间的互动职业化，与人为善，保持简单" That is exactly what I did and what I want. But it seems troubles simply just come to my way because I want to get my job done.
这一问就把“矛盾“清晰化了. This is also what I did. One question makes conflicts clear and causes more trouble. OF cause I did foresee the upcoming trouble. But at the moment it was hard to control myself when provoked.
能干、顺眼、态度积极的团队成员 is almost not possible. I totally agree with you. To be competent, one has to get over the ones who do not deliver their work. Then conflicts come easily. Maybe the solution is to imcompetent so that I can be a 顺眼、态度积极的团队成员, and thus a "competent" one who can't deliver.
