the zero interest rates and massive liquidity injections, haven't worked at all. but Obama has to do something. this is $775 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act is all about. stimulus package could create 2.5 million jobs in the first year and a total of 5 million jobs in the first two years. and lower the unemployment rate by 3.2 percentage points, leading to a peak unemployment rate of around 7%.
