1. 到隔壁公司上厕所, 省纸, 省水
2. 请员工穿厚毛衣来上班, 省暖气 (加州需暖气?)
3. 电话费话少说, 省通讯费用
4. 非必要, 不印文件, 省纸, 省油墨, 减少机器耗损
5. 老板不再有工作午餐, 省饲料钱
6. 只让EXEMPT员工加班, 省加班费
7. JIT (just-in-time) sourcing, 省仓储费
8. Institute Chinese-style one-child policy, 减少医疗保险费/产假usage
9. File for Chapter 11 protection, 堵债主于门外
10. Re-categorize company as a not-for-profit outfit, 省税金多多

And, don't overlook the revenue-generating side of the equation: If your employer has not done so already, it is highly recommended that it line up behind the bailout beggars, and ask Uncle Sam for a handout.
