困惑。。。 这是怎么会事？

收到未来老板发的OFFER，然后我回了一封信， 列举了一些理由让他 REVIEW一下工资和福利， 信发出去一个多礼拜了，也没有听到回音。 于是今天又发了一个电邮FOLLOW-UP, 还是没有回音。 按照他发给我的OFFER, OFFER今天已经过期了。 很是不明白， 这是怎么会事呢？ 会不会是我的要求太过分呢？我只是说新的LOCATION生活费用较高，我现在的雇主的福利更好，所以希望他能REVIEW这个OFFER. 我还问了新公司有没有BONUS 和 SEVERANCE PACKAGE.
