鸡肋，怎么选择啊？

去年还没经济危机的时候，我琢磨着跳槽，让朋友推荐了一把。
好事多磨，年底才拿到面试，最近才拿到offer

工资比现在高，但是没有预计的高，有些失望
而且要六个月的试用期

现在的工作工资不高，也不喜欢，不过已经是permanent position
但因为一直想走，做得不很专心
年终review不太好，line manager说再看六个月
大概是要我走的前兆
可是现在辞职走，什么赔偿都没有，去新单位还要担心被裁
真是鸡肋

请大家出出主意？多谢了！
