问一下做财务的达人: 1099-MISC 的问题

我有两个contractors, 现在要file 1099-MISC. I have three questions:

1. For form 1099-MISC, which box I should use for total money I paid to the contractor? Looks like box 3 is right one.
2. I need to file form 1096 attached with 1099 for IRS, right?
3. What form I need file for State Tax Department (California)?
