Two offers at hand, one is a federal civil servant job that's about 1-hour commute, of course with better job security. The other one is with a company that's only 10 minutes away from home. Pretty much the same pay.
What do you guys think? Is the economy really going to get worse that it is worth the extra commute for the more secure federal job?
