I don't understand this post at all. The western approach is not "大胆, 直接,坦率, 简单, 有合理的人和人的距离, 最后是法制和节制" at all. For example, most Americans never say negativeness. If they don't agree with you, you will tell you indirectly. They seldom say "NO." However, it is not because they are 虚伪. That is tradition.
