I do not think it is that simple, especially in a large corporation.

大胆, 直接,坦率, 简单, --- Not ture. Does not mater he/she is an American or European.

有合理的人和人的距离 ------- Most time is true.

如果他/她有明显的违反政策规定甚至法律的行为语言, 你可以有很多方式正式COMPLAIN.---- Most corporate games were played legally.
