Is it normal? I got a few phone and then onsite interviews from the first few weeks, then it seems much less agents called me. Some of the interview I'm still wating for results, others I was told passed. Should I keep sending and wait for agents to call me? How about the agants I talked before, will they normally assign you to another interview even the first one didn't work? The first a few interivews didn't go very well since my interview and technical skills weren't sharpened. Now I feel much confident.
Any ideas and suggestions about this period? Keep contacting agents I talked before?
Thanks,
A few weeks after job searching, I got less responses, phone cal
