请大家给我出出主意

我身边的中国人，我自我感觉都不怎么样。
英语的口音都不好，可谁都不刻苦练练。倒是东家长西家短的，各个清清楚楚。
我不愿意和这样的人多打交道。可我也不能没有朋友啊。
特别是我们这里的印度人很团结的。每个星期天，他们都要聚在一起。好像是印度教的。
而我们这里的中国人就太不团结了。
这可怎么办？
