Help please!

After an interview I sent a Think letter and here is the reply:

It was nice meeting with you as well.

As I mentioned this morning, I still don't know when I will actually get
the go-ahead to hire someone as I am waiting for final approval.

However, I called one of my colleagues as soon as I got back from
meeting with you and told him that I promised you that I would find out
about when I should get this approval so that we can make a hiring
decision and let you know.

He has to speak with Steve (the CEO) and then he's going to call me back
and let me know the approximate date. Once I hear back, I'll be sure to
let you know the approximate date that we'll be making the decision.

It's already 3 days and do I need follow up again?

Thank a lot for your guys help!!!

I really wanna this position since I find a good daycare just nearby and the work time is really flexible...
