我的工作还能保住吗？

现在心情越来越糟糕，老板认为我是manager，不象个director。。认为我没有backbone，不会budget和planning。感觉她非常非常想裁掉我。但我也是个硬骨头，以前我也经常给老板小鞋穿。她看我是CIO，也不敢拿我怎样。
现在就业形势是天下大乱，找我个替身太容易了。看来俺大势已去，等待被裁了。

象我这样跟CFO，HR Manager顶撞的人，工作还能保住吗？？
