我先收到Hire manager email 给我的没签名的Offer(pdf文件),这算是Offer了吗?

后来经过煎熬了两天, 他才FAX过来签了他名字的OFFER,但是同时上面写着只有通过了
background check( reference check, education and professional qualification, criminal record, employment verification),才生效,也就是带条件的OFFER了?

所以现在还在煎熬中....

-- Don't resign your job now, wait until everrything is clean.
-- Or wait until they say you can start work.
