Help about sign on bonus

我马上要去一个新公司.offer letter早已经签了.

结果从现在的公司辞职后,公司把过去给我的sign on bonus一部分从
最后一张pay check中给扣除了.我回头一看过去关于sign on bonus
的文件,确实应该扣除.

我不知道应不应该跟新公司讲,看他们能补偿一下?
