My opinion,communication is just an excuse they try to

get rid of people like us who have the foreign accent,and don't tell me that you came at the small age,got education western,married/dated to a white guy/girl.Big deal,and guess what? they only take the chinese which was born here,grown-up here,exactly like them,and we are? just a newcomer who always looking for jobs,no matter how long we stay,they can tell,easily,from the way we talk,the way we dress,the way we eat,the woman or the man we are married to,make sense now ? Down to the real world,don't trust white people.

This is something called discrimination,nothing we can do at this point though.

But,another way around,at least my kids,my grandchildren don't have to go through that,they're lucky.
