为什么在A公司网页递了简历，申请了几个职位之后，收到雇主的Sr. Consultant从求职网站email地址来的的email（附有电话和公司email）。

雇主的Sr. Consultant来了email说We are very interested in your background and would like to initiate contact with you. Please forward your resume, in confidence.

之前也有recruiter为这个公司给我打过电话。不过之后没消息了。不知道这个email 是follow up 还是不是？

我是不是应该让他把job discription 寄来再针对性地给简历？
