各位职场老手请指教！

不知道我有没有闯错坛子。我刚进入职场，赶上老公relocation，又退出职场，现在重新择业中。想听听各位的建议。

俺最近人品爆发，发在monster上的简历被一个小公司看中了。今天上午电话面试，他们比较热情。结果没太大悬念，他们邀请下周去onsite面试。

这个公司原来是另一个大公司的一个division，最近被英国的一个global company收购，成立了一个子公司。公司现有30多人。经济实力不详。主要做石油天然气管道内流动测量仪器的。

目前看到的优点有：
1. 我过去之后基本算是独当一面，因为公司里只有我做这一块，所以自主权会大一些；
2. 面试我的chief technology officer提到我可以每周在office工作三天，考虑到我的工作主要是计算分析，且我住在邻州；
3. 我的面试官是mit博士毕业，这一点说明这个公司还是有奉献价值的。

大家帮忙分析一下小公司工作会有哪些弊端？onsite的时候我需要问些什么？
