长薪水的%跟评分有关的吧！

我知道我们公司长薪水的%有个公式。具体公式不记得。总之，跟PERFORMANCE评分，跟你目前工资在你目前职称薪水的RANGE有关。
For same rating, if your current salary is in lower percentile in the range of your title, you get more increase.
Rating doesn't matter? Don't be naive.
