Help!!!

今天一早， 我老板一见我就说：“i am going to talk about your role this afternoon”。但是直到下班他什么也没说(他常常这样)。我加入这家start up 才两个半月， 从没犯过错（时间太短， 没机会），而且公司的 VC 可以用到2010年 他这是什么意思？是要 fire 我还是提拔我？
