如何写Volunteer job proposal for IT company

本人在IT行业找Software developer 工作4个月了，期间有两家公司给了技术面试的机会。但最终没有拿到工作offer.
现在想去给我面试机会的其中一家公司去做Volunteer， HR manger要我写一个proposal 介绍What can I do for the company and how long it will last. 我不知道怎么写。 那位有经验的朋友，给点建议或是模板好吗？
