就offer的问题请教

我被offer了一个在外地的工作，在offer后有两个顾虑：１, 在外地。 虽只有４个小时的单程车程， 但至多只能１个星期回一趟。 家人不太愿意。 再加上要租房等，格外开销。 ２。 刚有数个在本地的openings（resume刚已投出 ）， 仿佛也颇有希望。但目前也不可定论。

外地的工作需要马上有回复－是接受还是不接受。 如果接受， 费了老大劲刚搬过去， 就要来来回回往返面试。 而且如果本地的职位有offer了， 刚就职就要辞职， 仿佛也不太好。如果不接受， 本地虽有几个openings， 也看起来仿佛颇有希望， 但任何事情在结果之前， 都不可定论。

请问各位， 目前我想，如果我拖延就职日期的话， 该如何拖延？
