"You have a great family "?

I don't see LZ has a great family. A very pushing and very not undetstanding hu*****and doesn't make it a great family. You paint a very rosy picture for her which I think it's very misleading. Don't alway blame someone else when there is something wrong. If LZ is competent in her position then she should leave and find another suitable position. It's very sad to have to live miserably just for a unforseeable "package".
