big snow today, some colleague didn't come work, some left early

the boss left for do personal things, i am still in office because before the boss left, she said, i would be back and you contiue to work as much as you can. She is trying to push me to the limit to finish something, which is totally impossible to finish by the end of today, xmas eve. How will you react if you are in this situation. And she is leaving for europe for her vacation.
