standard answers are too fake and the hiring managers all know it.I don't think you should necessarily confess to your biggest sin. Maybe you can find some minor weakness to address. I agree not to say that your english is bad, or communication skill is lacking. I think those are the stereo type for us already so there is no point in emphasize it.
