Most Sr people have family, who has time to hang out

with coworker after work? don't we have enough meetings during the day. I catch up with them on the way to meeting or when we meet in hallway, or the classic "water cooler conversation"...
Personally I don't chitchat with any or my coworkers including Chinese coworkers after work. Lunch out together is fine.
