这样的工作，你们会坚持吗？-- 调查

每天要加班到十点，没有OT Pay, 甚至可能Saturday 也要上班。但同部门的 Co-Worker 却每天准时下班，白天还有空逛网页，msm, 谈天说笑....


老板说了，这种情况（持续OT)只会最多两个月的时间，因为他准备请一个junior的来take over a lot basic / admin things.


你要在外面找其他的工作，应该会不难，但可能工资会低10%。


这样的工作，你会呆下去，坚持那两个月吗？
