Can I have some questions?

1. How long have you being here in US? (counting from the first day of your arrival).

2. How long have you been working in the industry (not including academic).

3. How many bosses have you worked with?

4. How many bosses have made formal complaint about to his/her boss?

5. What outcomes have you obtained from your action?

Would you mind my straight opinion? Or you prefer not have it? (I don't have to say anything, to be honest, in real situation, I would stay silent about you, but be very careful about you and get prepared to get rid of you -- you have some points, but you mixed up political life with business life, which have totally different principles).
