Focus on the new job and new company

Your time with current company is over, now focus on your new job and new company, do your best to get most from there -- that's where your new life will take place.

Be nice to your current company, it's easy to do, just split into more steps:

1. First, give your manager a 1:1 email, saying "Hi Goodboss, I need to resign from this post, and I'm trying to coordinate with you for a smooth transition process. I have to leave by no later than this day of this month."

2. Prepare a warm good-bye message to the company and co-workers. Something like: "Dear X,Y,Z: With complex feel I am leaving my post, it has been such a nice experience...blah blah....". Make sure you leave your personal contact information to them, so they can find you after your leaving -- build network from there on.

3. Then just cheer up and go to the new job, and start to think about next job:).
