我是不是太冲动

我在一个小IT公司上班,几经老板的折腾,公司的正式员工只剩2-3人.The boss always said that he treated me like his daughter.And I felt sick.He asked me to have lunch with him almost everyday, and I never did it. I said I was busy or I was not hungry. Or He discussed the company's issues after working hour, once he talked to me after 10:00PM. he knocked at the restroom's door twice when I was in it. I was very angry and yelled to him.Once A co-worker told me that the boss like you, and he could not get you, so he always argued with you and criticize you. Up to now, there is no bad thing happen to me. But I told the boss I was ill and need to take a rest. I stayed home to find another job. I searched the job almost two months , and no result. I felt a little regret, maybe I should stay in the company.But I am worried some bad thing maybe happen to me.
What should I do?
