换工作的理由

本人想换工作，什么样的换工作的理由能让人信服？我现在给的理由是想要一个MORE
CHALLENGING的工作，只是自己都觉得这个理由太空洞不能让人信服。我其实是不喜
欢现在的工作，给老板擦屁股的那种 (每月会议、PRESENTATION、搞SIGNATURES)，
干了三年有点烦了。

关于换工作的理由，大家有什么好的建议吗？
