我觉得吧,

你要是能干完你老板匀给你的活, 也没什么吃亏的, 干的越多, 学的也越多. 你如果干不完, 就找老板说清楚. 至于老板怎么偏袒某人, 真的不是你能管的事情. 如果你愿意, 你可以观察一下老板为什么喜欢他/她, 然后问问你自己愿意和他/她一样或者能过做到吗?
