talk to your boss and ask her how serious she is this time.

you work 8 hours daily, don't you? Do they pay you overtime? If yes, do extra job in overtime. If not, that extra job will keep you for longer employment.

Never complain. Be happy everyday even they don't pay you enough. Just try to find how to get more pay and work less time. You need more time to spend your money.
