请老土等大侠帮忙看一下我的offers

老土等大侠们好，我刚刚拿到两个offers，一个在San Jose， 一个在Cleveland （我现在的单位）。San Jose的这个是在公司作仪器Demo，给了base78K + 10.5Kbonus，比较好的relocation pacage:5K cash + 3个月免费住所 + reimburse 运费 以及以后买房补贴等，帮我卖这里的房子等，401k 可以match 到6% （1：1）。
Cleveland 这边70K，比较好的工作环境，很稳定。现在真是不知道走那条道了，请大侠们帮忙指点！

另外我只有这一次on-site的经历，但是有一些感触，打算过了这一阵写点东西和大家分享，非常感谢美国老土等大侠的帖子，一直憋着气到现在，很有收获，非常感激！
