i really feel confuse for your answer, i came here ask for help, because i know here has lots of nice person , not come for quarrel. i ask do i really need to help the new guy, actually i did in the last few days, but it really slow down my own job, and the fact is no one put this responsibility for me, but if i can do my own job well my supervisor won't feel good, so i ask for advice about it, but you are really rude, i guess you even haven't look carefully for my question
