I know I got paid 3k lower than the one who used to do my job.
Although the review was good, my boss told me I was better than the person who did my job I still didn't get matched for the pay.
find another job offer and get matched could be a good way. it's just I just start to work here in Jan. I don't want to look for jobs all the time.
